    Interests

Outside of work, I'm passionate about my personal homelab. Built on a Proxmox hypervisor, it's my playground for exploring secure networking, deploying cloud services, and practicing cybersecurity with tools like Kali Linux. It’s the perfect blend of my passion for technology and my curiosity to learn.

Outside of working in my lab, I enjoy getting away from a screen and enjoy spending time outside whether it is fishing, snowboarding and golfing.

    • Homelab Practice/Test Environment

I actively maintain a comprehensive homelab to apply and expand my skills as an IT professional. My lab is centered around a Proxmox hypervisor, which serves as the foundation for a secure, segmented network I manage with a dedicated firewall. On this platform, I host a variety of practical services, including a TrueNAS system for network storage, a personal cloud platform, and several containerized media applications via Docker. This environment is my testing ground for new technologies and is crucial for my continuous hands-on learning in virtualization and network administration.
